Refund policy

1. Digital PDF guides

All our products are digital PDF guides, delivered by download straight after payment. Before checkout, you're asked to agree to receive your download immediately and to confirm you understand that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download starts. This means we can't offer refunds for change of mind once you've received your guide.

2. Your legal rights

This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a guide is faulty, for example the file won't open, is incomplete or isn't as described, contact us and we'll send a working replacement. If we can't fix the problem, we'll refund you.

3. Duplicate purchases and non-delivery

• Duplicate purchases: if you're accidentally charged twice for the same guide, we'll refund the duplicate in full.
• Non-delivery: if your download link hasn't arrived within 24 hours (check your spam or promotions folder first), contact us. If we can't deliver your files, we'll refund you in full.

4. How to contact us

Email contact@racketmaster.shop with your order number. We aim to reply within 24 to 48 hours, and refunds go back to your original payment method.
